Az RT2 Profiler PCR Array-ek megbízható eszközei a gének fókuszált paneljeinek expressziójához. Minden egyes 96-well plate, 384-well plate vagy 100-well disc PCR array SYBR® Green-optimalizált primer assay-et tartalmaz a releváns útvonal- vagy betegségekhez kötött gének vizsgálti paneljében. Személyre szabott RT2 Profiler PCR Array-ek is elérhetőek a specifikus kutatási területekhez.  Az RT2 Profiler PCR Array-ek elégendően érzékenyek, ahhoz 0.1–5 µg RNS-ből tudjanak dolgozni (általános minták esetében) vagy 1–100 ng RNS-ből (FFPE,-vagy kisebb mennyiségű minták esetén).
